The Association sets the scholarship criteria and students submit their profiles to The Association which closely examines the essays that arrive on time. The profile and essay for each student is presented to The Association’s Executive Body for consideration. If the criteria are met and the profiles are satisfactory, the students will be awarded the funds which will be disbursed through The Association at a special ceremony after the actual Luncheon date.
Without the Scholarship Program, the Association would be unable to fulfill a sector of its mission to effectively enhance and promote the education of Caribbean students.
PS: We encourage scholarship recipients to keep in touch with the All Islands Association. This is not mandatory but sometimes students may run into difficulties, financial or otherwise, and the Association may be able to assist.
